General information only. Deepwater Concepts gives general fishing information: where fish may be, based on water temperature, tides, moon, catch reports and other data. It is not a safety service.
No go or no-go calls. We do not tell you whether it is safe to go out. We make no judgment about weather, sea conditions, your experience or ability, your crew or your boat. Whether to go, where to go and when to come back is your decision alone, every trip.
The ocean is dangerous. Conditions change fast, and offshore trips carry real risk of injury or death. Check the National Weather Service marine forecast, leave a float plan, carry the required safety gear, and stay within the limits of your boat and your ability.
Information can be wrong. Forecasts, scores, maps, positions and reports can be wrong, late or missing. Charts and positions are not for navigation.
Your own risk. You use this app at your own risk. Deepwater Concepts and the people behind it are not responsible for the decisions you make or for what happens on the water.

Your briefs are for you. Your account and the briefs, maps and marks in it are for your own fishing and the people on your boat that day. Don't share your login.
Don't publish or reshare briefs. Don't post, publish, forward or pass on a brief, its maps, its marks or screenshots of any of them, in whole or in part. That includes social media, forums, websites, group chats and fishing reports.
Accounts that do will be suspended. If we find that you have published or reshared a brief, we will suspend your account, and we may close it.
Don't make money from briefs. Don't sell briefs or what's in them, or use them in a paid product, paid group or other paid service, without our written permission. If you do, you may be liable to Deepwater Concepts, and we may take legal action against you. Fishing from your brief is fine, including on your own charter trips.
We can update these terms. If we change them, we'll ask you to agree again before you keep using the app.
