Terms of use: please read

• Your briefs are for you. Your account and the briefs, maps and marks in it are for your own fishing and the people on your boat that day. Don't share your login.
• Don't publish or reshare briefs. Don't post, publish, forward or pass on a brief, its maps, its marks or screenshots of any of them, in whole or in part. That includes social media, forums, websites, group chats and fishing reports.
• Accounts that do will be suspended. If we find that you have published or reshared a brief, we will suspend your account, and we may close it.
• Don't make money from briefs. Don't sell briefs or what's in them, or use them in a paid product, paid group or other paid service, without our written permission. If you do, you may be liable to Deepwater Concepts, and we may take legal action against you. Fishing from your brief is fine, including on your own charter trips.
• We can update these terms. If we change them, we'll ask you to agree again before you keep using the app.
